This dataset accompanies the paper "An Inductive Analysis of the Kremlin's Weaponization of Digital Diplomacy on Telegram"
The file '4cat_data.csv' contains the original data for the 129 Telegram channels analysed in the paper, as scraped through the 4cat capture and analysis toolkit.
The file embassy_topic_model_70.zip contains the topic model that was created from the Telegram messages, along with additional documentation and visualizations of the model.
