tsamsonov/supplementary-contours: Supplementary contours: ArcGIS Python toolbox for automated placement of supplementary contour lines

Version 1.0 is the first major release of supplementary-contours toolbox.

Changes:

• complete documentation for the toolbox and each tool;
• fast computation of region width in external Python module using C++/pybind11;
• possibility to set region width and length parameters in projection units (absolute values);
• various bug fixes and small improvements in code;

Tested on Windows 7/8/10 in ArcMap 10.5/10.6 and ArcGIS Pro 2.3.
