Electrical impedance of food sensor recorded during cucumber spoilage
Description
This data represents a measurement conducted using an impedance analyzer connected to our spoilage sensor, which was described in detail in our previously published paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s43016-023-00750-9
The data includes four plots: resistance, capacitance, real and imaginary impedance
Data includes measurements from a cucumber piece in a petri dish placed next to our food spoil sensor. As the cucumber piece gets spoiled, impedance changes.
