Description
This is a set of genome and biosynthetical gene clusters (BGCs) data used to ilustrate BiG-SCAPE and CORASON genome mining pipelines. Data are stored in files with the gbk format and organized here in two directories as follows:
i) genomes.tar.gz
14 Actinobacteria genome files (gbk files)
1 Spectinomycin BGC from MIBiG database (gbk file)
ii) gbk.tar.gz
22 BGCs selected from the antiSMASH output of the 14 genomes in genome directory.
