Multi-centric AI Model for Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysm Detection and Volumetric Segmentation in 3D TOF-MRI
Description
This software contains an nnU-Net-based AI model designed for the detection and volumetric segmentation of unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UICA) in 3D Time of Flight Magnetic Resonance Imaging (TOF-MRI) scans. For usage, please refer to the nnU-Net Github page for detailed instructions.
