PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF DEPRIVATION OF A SPECIAL OR MILITARY RANK, HONORARY TITLE AND STATE AWARDS IN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

The article examines issues related to the punishment in the form of deprivation of a special or military rank, honorary title and state awards and its application in the Republic of Azerbaijan. In order to further improve the content of this additional punishment and increase the efficiency of its execution, a number of amendments to the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code and the Code on the Execution of Punishments are proposed.
