Description

We assess changes in Arctic Ocean shipping feasibility, transit time, and number of navigable days by polar class vessels in the ARISE-SAI-1.5 and ARISE-SAI-1.0 simulations. This code runs all the analysis and creates all figures for ""Projected changes to Arctic shipping routes after stratospheric aerosol deployment in the ARISE-SAI scenarios" (Frontiers in Climate Change, 2024).
