The article presents a comparative analysis of provisions concerning annual leave, monetary compensation and additional leave for work in unfavorable conditions stipulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Similar provisions of the labor legislation of Russia and Germany are considered, differences and similarities in the regulation of workers' rights are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the minimum duration of annual leave, conditions for payment of monetary compensation and standards concerning work in harmful and unfavorable conditions. The study is aimed at identifying best practices and proposing improvements to the labor legislation of Uzbekistan taking into account international standards.
