Geochemical dataset from sediment
Description
Geochemical data from sediment in an experiment showing the migration of cable bacteria across the water column. Sediment from a salt marsh was used to act a source for cable bacteria to the same sediment but autoclaved. Profiles were taken at different time points. Additionally, we have added the supplementary figures of the manuscript.
