Euphoria over discovery of structure of DNA molecules at the beginning of the previous century happened quickly. Moreover, it turned out that it’s 97% is «garbage». In fact, every part of DNA exists for some reason. There cannot be some extra, «garbage» part, it is designed for something. And here it was not without solitons.
