Social justice are the very basis of the indian constitution social justice came in to exist during the french revolution of 1789.social justice is the greatest interest of mon on earth.social justice means providing equal social opportunities to everyone to develop their personalities, The people are treated with, color, caste, religion discrimination Ambedkar said caste has nothing to do with religion Ambedkar wanted to remove this untouchability and to create public opinion the concept of social justice and Ambedkar view on it.How for Ambedkar’s reflection is nisible in indian constitution and its relevance in the present times.

In every democratic nation people wanted to line fredy rather than be nerdy to survive the democratic setup required to absorb a sense of socio-economic and political equality and liberty.

Social justice aims to provide all in equal social opportunity to develop their personalities, associated with equality and social rights.

According to Ambedkar, the very foundation of social justice is based on moral values and self respect and for the recognition of three basic principles of equality. Liberty and fraternity indian people always remember Ambedkar as a crusader against caste system who worked to secure social justice,

The Ambedkar;s philosophy of social justice  has been the greatest.in fluence and inspiration having its major impact on depressed/deprived classes in india.Ambedkar holds a view that very premises of democracy in india should be on social democracy on turn social democracy is dependent on equal opportunity accessible to each in a society. He was never on armchair intellectual rather down to earth person relinquishing various opportunities to lead a rich and luxury life, By working with the the people at grassroots lewd Ambedkar tried to uplift them from the heaps of social exclusion and miserable socio-economic condition  nonetheless, in order to have consciousness among downtrodden baba sahid Ambedkar launched numerous newspapers like mook nayak, jonata, bahishkrit bharat and parabhudh bharath .Ambedkar was of from belief that it's impossible to achieve the egalitarian society without acquiring political power babasaheb tried all possible efforts to make hinduism as an inclusive one by certain social reforms. Social justice involves the creation of a just and fair social order and provides justice for every member of the community, social justice involves removing inequalities in society and affording equal opportunities to all individuals in social, economic and political offices of social justice of the caste system. Such social inequalities pose a serious threat not only to society but also to Indian democracy under the traditional hindu caste hierarchy, baek ward communities and women have suffered for centuries because they were denied equality education and other opportunities for advancement. Social justice in the context of indian society provides benefits, facilities, concessions.privileges and special rights to those who were denied these for centuries for B.R.Ambedkar the concept of social justice stood for liberty, equality, and fraternity for all human beings meaning of S,J :-social justices aims towards creating political, economic and social democracy,it combines the principles of socialism with the personal freedom granted by democracy. So the word ‘social has a wide connotation, connected with society and how it should be organized, and what should be its social values and structural

The word “social justice” is formed by combining two words “social and justice, each has a specific meaning and they convey a particular meaning .

Says “ social justice  is not can’t but  conscience, not verbal borrowing from like documents but the social force of the supreme law”

In  general, it may be defined as “The right of the weak, poor, aged, destitute, children, women and other under- privileged persons in society” Ambedkar’s ideal society is based upon two fundamental principles

  • The individual is on an end in himself and that the aim and object of society is the growth of the individual and development of his personality, society is not above the individual and that the individual has to subordinate himself to society.
