GPUMD-v5.9.1
License update
GPUMD's source code and header files under src/, including subdirectories, are now licensed under LGPL-3.0-or-later, with existing third-party licenses and notices preserved.
This change makes GPUMD easier to integrate with other software. GPUMD remains free and open source, and contributors continue to receive credit for their work.
There are no changes to computational functionality in this release.
