Software for the analysis of FRETBursts anisotropy data

Description

1. PQ_To_hdf5_GoldmanLab.ipynb = FRETBursts script for converting PicoQuant (.ptu) files to HDF5 format. 
2. FRET_Analysis_GoldmanLab.ipynb = FRETBursts script for analyzing FRET (E), stoichiometry (S), and generating .csv files corresponding to ROI parallel and perpendicular intensity traces for anisotropy analysis.
3. Anisotropy_GoldmanLab.py = Python script for time-resolved anisotropy analysis using the files generated by the above script.
