This dataset include all the sample metadata associated with:
Evidence for a Miocene pulse of diversification of the Brazil nut family (Lecythidaceae) in tropical America
Jérôme Chave, Charles Pouchon, Uxue Suescun, Sébastien Lavergne, Christopher Dick, Oscar M. Vargas, Myriam Heuertz, Botany Letters.
- Files nuDNA.fa, mtDNA.fa, cpDNA.fa, and rDNA.fa are nuclear, mitochondrial, plastid, and ribosomal DNA alignments, respectively
- Files in '.partitions' represent the information on the DNA alignments
- Files in '.tre' are phylogenetic trees as output from the softwares IQtree, Astral, SDVquartet and SKmer.
- File nuDNA_dated1000_iqtree.tre is the main result of this analysis (dated phylogenetic tree)
