SEOBNRv4EHM, SEOBNRv4HM, SEOBNRv4PHM O3 GNPE Networks

Description

DINGO Networks from https://arxiv.org/abs/2404.14286. This archive has eccentric aligned-spin, quasi-circular aligned-spin and quasi-circular precessing-spin networks. Due to the size limitation of Zenodo, we have only currently uploaded a subset of the O3 networks and will create a separate zenodo repository for NRSur7dq4 and O1 and O2 networks.

The networks are separated depending on if they use higher modes (22 vs hm), the upper bound on the luminosity distance (3000 mpc or 6000 mpc) and the detectors used (H, L, HL). To see the full settings of the network run `dingo_ls /path/to/network` after you have installed DINGO.

At present you will need to use the following git repository if you want to use the eccentric networks: https://github.com/nihargupte-ph/dingo-devel-aei/tree/eccentricity, but we will be merging this into the main DINGO https://github.com/dingo-gw/dingo soon (and then removing this message).
