The Pł−391 population variability is separately shown for adult elements (longer than 1 mm) with contours of extreme and modal morphologies added. Note that there is no apparent difference in the course of ontogeny and morphologic variability of platform shape between L. bogartensis and M. winchelli or M. gigas (despite fundamental differences in the apparatus organisation) whereas K. triangularis is different in all these respects (plus the dorsal process bending).
