Öz

Bu çalışma, eğitimde etik değerlerin önemini ve bu değerlerin kazandırılması için felsefi temelleri ele almaktadır. Eğitim sürecinde etik değerlerin içselleştirilmesi, bireylerin doğru ile yanlışı ayırt etme, adil olma, sorumluluk alma ve toplumsal uyum içinde yaşama yetilerini geliştirir. Antik Yunan felsefesi, Kadim Hint felsefesi ve modern felsefe örnekleri üzerinden incelenen etik değerler, bireylerin karakter gelişiminde ve toplumsal katılımlarında kritik bir rol oynar. Sokrates, Platon, Aristoteles, Kant ve Kuçuradi gibi düşünürlerin görüşleri etik değerlerin eğitimdeki yeri ve önemini açıklamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, etik değerlerin eğitim sistemine felsefe eğitimi ile entegrasyonunu vurgulamak ve etik değerlerin bireylerin yaşamlarına nasıl etkili bir şekilde kazandırılabileceğine dair yöntemler önermektir.

Ethical values and philosophical foundations in education: Imparting ethical values to students

Abstract

This study examines the significance of ethical values in education and the philosophical foundations necessary for their inculcation. The internalization of ethical values during the educational process enhances individuals' abilities to discern right from wrong, act justly, assume responsibility, and live in social harmony. Ethical values, analyzed through examples from Ancient Greek philosophy, Ancient Indian philosophy, and modern philosophy, play a critical role in the development of character and social participation. The perspectives of thinkers such as Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Kant, and Kuçuradi elucidate the place and importance of ethical values in education. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the integration of ethical values into the education system through philosophical education and to propose methods for effectively imparting these values into individuals' lives.
