DoEofInksRheology_GLT
Description
This database contains all the data useful for computing a Fractional Factorial Design 2^(5-1) (FFD) on the rheological characterization of water-based inks for robocasting deposition of glass sealants. In particular, the DoE was used to tune the recipe of GLT formulation in order to replicate the rheology behavior of the Ref ink during the printing process.
Some specific information about the files will follows:
RotationalRheometerData.xlsx contains the raw data collected from a rotational rheometer Anton Paar Physica MCR 301 equipped with coaxial cylinders CC17/T200/SS. The data refers to the characterization of the inks by means of a 5-Intervals Thixotropy Test (5ITT) and a Flow Sweep Test (FST)
DoE_FFDExperimentalMatrix.xlsx contains the experimental matrix generated to complete the FFD and the real experimental matrix (coded values were adjusted based on the real proportion of the components) in the page DoE Experimental Matrix and the weighing of all the inks prepared (page Ink Preparation (weighing)).
DoE_ResponseAnalysis contains the definition of the indexes used as responses of the DoE and the calculation of all the indexes for all the forulations tested (one page for each formulation, labeled correspondingly) and the computed analysis of the models (page Responces analysis). Here are reported the calculations made for the validation of the models and for determinig the mean value and the error associated with the measurements.
The ModelComputation_....txt files contain the referred models computed by the software CAT 4.3 (and validated). The same software was also used for all the computations related to DoE and ANOVA.
DoE_Candidats points contains the list, the recipe (coded values) and the predicted responses for all the 342 candidates formulations between which the best cadidate for substituting Ref was found.
