- A2012077150500_data_nv.mat : atmospheric correction based on a Self-Organizing Map-Neuro-variational algorithm applied on MODIS image for day 077 of year 2012
- ADCP_UPSEN-2012.tar.gz : compressed file containing ADCP data
- CTD_UPSEN-2012.nc: netcdf file containing all CTD profiles (conductivity, salinity, temperature, chlorophyll-a, oxygen)
- HPLC-stations_UPSEN-2012.txt : text file containing information on stations were HPLC data were collected
- HPLC_UPSEN-2012.xlsx : Excel file containing pigment concentrations at different depth and for different stations
- nutrient-stations_UPSEN-2012.txt : text file containing information on stations were nutrient data were collected
- Nutrients-data_UPSEN-2012.xlsx : Excel file containing nitrate, nitrite, silicate, phosphate concentrations at different depth and for different stations
