Description
Heliothrips ardisiae Zimmermann
Heliothrips ardisiae Zimmermann, 1900: 10
Based on a series of specimens taken from more than one species of Ardisia in Java, these specimens are not available in any known collection. Because of the lack of certainty of its identity based only on an old and imprecise description, this species is here considered a nomen dubium, as suggested by Wilson (1975).
