Description
Along with our preprint we provide the following supplementary information:
A) supplementary_material.pdf: additional information on data basis and modeling approach
B) supplementary_files.zip:
- subfolder figures: original high resolution figures used to create Fig. 2 and separate file for Fig. 1.
- subfolder GIS: rasterstacks per species including geotiffs with model results on occurrence probability, habitat suitability, uncertainty estimates and the spatial field across Germany in EPSG:25832 (ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N). A file description including species names is given in a readme and style templates are provided for layers of occurrence probability (VKW) and habitat suitability (HE). An additional geotiff showing the aggregated median standardised occurrence probability across all species is given.
- effectplots.zip: figures of predicted occurrence probability along gradients of environmental factors with 10% and 90% quantiles shown as dashed lines. Predictions of occurrence probability as a result of interactions between two variables are shown for 10%, 50% (Median) and 90% quantiles for both variables, respectively.
- Table_S4.csv: estimates of coefficients of final models including standard error, upper and lower limits of 95% confidence intervals and Z-values.
