On the other hand, in the case of a large population distribution, the slug can cause severe damage to greenhouse plants in agricultural areas. For this reason, it will be important to avoid such troubles by knowing the distribution and population density. Although we have found the species in just one locality, not seen in any other part of Diyarbakir Province, this does not mean that it does not live in other regions as well. Further work needs to be done to confirm its distribution and evaluate the population size and spreading rates in Turkish territories.
