ProCogGraph Database Flat Files

alphacognate_data_files.zip: This zip file contains the data files from the current version of procoggraph necessary to run the alphacognate pipeline - namely the parity similarity calculations of all tested ligand/cognate pairs (all_parity_calcs.pkl), the descriptors

procoggraph_flat_files_v1-0-1.zip : This dataset contains all the flat files necessary to build the current version of the ProCogGraph database. Instructions on building from source or within a Docker container can be found in the linked repository. It is a slight update to the nodes for SCOP, to include the correct domain group and descriptions necessary for database exploration.

procoggraph_coglig_domain_mappings_v1-0.zip : This dataset contains domain database (CATH, SCOP, Pfam etc) specific files mapping domains to bound entities where a bound entity has one or more cognate ligands mapped above the minimum similarity threshold (0.4 PARITY score).

procoggraph_bound_entity_domain_mappings_v1-0.zip: This dataset contains domain database (CATH, SCOP, Pfam etc) specific files mapping domains to bound entities, regardless of whether they map to a cognate ligand in ProCogGraph.
