This record contains only a Singularity container (.simg file). To access the source, please check the "Version v1 + source files" in the Versions panel on the right.

 

This Singularity container (v1) was used to compile the R Markdown notebooks relative to the single-cell RNA Sequencing analysis in the following publications/preprints:
