SPECIFICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL AND CULTURAL-RECREATIONAL TOURISM IN RUSSIA

The article shows the influence of cultural and recreational tourism on emotions and health of people. The interrelation of some types of tourism and certain emotions is noted. Tourist preferences are influenced by the physical capabilities of an individual, personality traits and current mental state. The impact on the psyche is also determined by the hope and expectations from the trip, the degree of emotional saturation afterwards. The emotional component of traveling can include complex experience of cognitive, aesthetic, moral feelings.
