lr-kallisto Main Figures' Processed data

The zipped folder contains the abundance matrices for the three main figures in 

“Long-read sequencing transcriptome quantification with lr-kallisto”

for easier reproducibility of the figures without installing and running all softwares, since some of the softwares take > 24 hours to run on the larger datasets.
