Diversifying the Faculty in the Sciences

At Northeastern University, opportunities for a faculty applicant pool with a higher representation of under-represented groups in the sciences are missed. Much needs to be done to validate and implement the recommendations and strategies introduced in Best Practices for Diversifying the Faculty in the Sciences, a faculty search toolkit developed for the College of Science. This work captures current efforts at Northeastern and offers a course of action.
