VMWare Image for the UPM Computational Biology Master's Degree Programme

VMWare Image for the UPM Computational Biology Programme - Python, Ruby, R,  and Semantic Web tools (RDF libraries and BlazeGraph) pre-configured.  Also BLAST, ClustalW, Komodo code editor and Jupyter.

This will be used for the Accellerated Intriduction to Computational Biology course (Drs Wilkinson and Wabnik), and subsequently for the Bioinformatics Programming Challenges course of Dr. Wilkinson.  It is compatible with the Jupyter Notebooks for the Bioinformatics Programming Challenges course, found in the CBGP GitHub repository: https://github.com/CBGP-UPM-INIA-PUBLIC/UPM_BioinfoCourse/
