Description

This is the first version of the script to parse the AOP-Wiki XML with Python 3.5:

  • parses AOP Wiki XML format (2018-04-01)
  • extracts genes, chemicals, key event components (ontologies)
  • exports SPARQL queries for WikiPathways, lists of genes
