Outsourcing as a tool for business in Ukraine and in the world

Subject of this study is application of outsourcing practices at enterprises in Ukraine and in the world.
The purpose of this paper is to assess the current state of outsourcing in Ukraine and to develop proposals for their further improvement.
Results of work. The article substantiates the proposals for improving the macroeconomic conditions for the creation of jobs in the processing industry.
Research methods. The article uses a set of theoretical approaches, including systemic, structural–functional, logical, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of research.
The field of application of results. Management of enterprises at the national level, the systematization of economic research and the peculiarities of the emergence of outsourcing in international practice.
Conclusions. 1. Selected and structured basic scientific approaches to determining the nature of outsourcing. The analysis of varieties of outsourcing in Ukraine and the world is carried out, the main reasons of attractiveness of outsourcing services and the most developed areas in Ukraine are listed. 2. The main advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing policy management and possible solutions at the state level and level of enterprises are listed. 3. The economic situation in Ukraine and its influence on outsourcing practice are described. 4. The expediency of using outsourcing of personnel, its main advantages and risks, researches and reasons of the tendency for outsourcing in IT and accounting sphere in Ukraine are conducted. 5. The peculiarities of legislative regulation of outsourcing in Ukraine are considered, possible ways of solving problems of regulation of this direction of using resources at enterprises.
