BayesCCE: Bayesian Cell Count Estimation from DNA methylation
Description
Bayesian Cell Count Estimation (BayesCCE) is a semi-supervised method for estimating cell counts (cell type proportions) from array-probed DNA methylation data collected from heterogeneous sources.
