Molecular and functional variation in iPSC-derived sensory neurons
Description
These files contain summary statistics for gene expression QTLs and splicing QTLs from an RNA-sequencing study of iPSC-derived sensory neurons from 97 individuals.
Notes
This version fixes some formatting and genome build problems with the first version. Specifically, a number of variants did not have GRCh37 positions listed due to a failure in liftover. There are still some variants for which liftover failed, but it is fewer. Also, some lines in the summary statistics files had spaces where there should have been tabs, which could create issues for processing of the files.
