THE EFFECTS OF REDUCED GAMES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE QUALITY OF SPEED IN THE YOUNG ALGERIANS FOOTBALLERS

According to the important place that occupies the speed in the modern football, we have deemed it necessary to work on the theme "The effects of reduced games for the development of the quality of speed in the young Algerians footballers aged less than 14 years in club of I. R. Mécheria" because the speed seems to be neglected in the training sessions at the level of the young people. Being paramount to football, our job is to improve this quality use the reduced games. As well for our study, we have chosen the club of I. R. Mécheria which we have selected 20 players with which we have made the sessions. The training program proposed to achieve a positive development between the two tests (pre-test and post-test) in favor of the experimental group, in the tests of speed, this indicates the impact of the program of training in the assessment of the level of the quality of speed in the sample of the research, and on the basis of all these results that they have statistically significant, the study researcher at suggested the need for the use the games reduced for the development of the quality of speed, and the emphasis on the scientific bases during the preparation of the Program of Training in terms of the selection of games and exercises and repetition and the recovery time and the equipment used because of their effect on the development of skills at the level of young footballers.
