OA Book Usage Data Trust Rulebook Development Overview

This 12 pg. report documents the community-based processes undertaken to develop a participant rulebook for the OA Book Usage Data Trust's International Data Space. It summarizes rulebook development approaches and community consultation stakeholder engagement over a 13 month period, while linking out to the published data sets and data papers.
