OAEBUDT Rulebook Community Consultation Results August 2023 - March 2024

This report documents iterative feedback generated through community consultation processes to inform the drafting of the OA Book Usage Data Trust's participant  rulebook. Comments provided between August 2023 and March 2024 through asynchronous web-form consultations and virtual focus groups are included. 

This work was made possible by the Mellon Foundation through the "Advancing to Launch by Developing IDS Governance Building Blocks" grant, and the anonymous participants who contributed feedback from August 2023 to March 2024.
