Guidelines for Additional Criteria for the Selection to Scientific-Teaching, Artistic-Teaching, Teaching, Associate, and Professional Positions of Academic Staff at the University of Rijeka and its Constituents

In addition to the mandatory legal and National criteria for the selection to scientific-teaching, artistic-teaching, teaching, and associate positions, the additional criteria for the selection to scientific-teaching, artistic-teaching, teaching, associate, and professional positions at the University or its constituents, in line with the general University of Rijeka policy provisions and the evaluation elements defined in the Guidelines, as well as with the institutional specifics and the specificities of the various fields and areas of science and art, may be applied during the selection process for the different positions at the University and its constituents.

The general evaluation elements of the additional criteria are hereby, as a rule, classified into the following categories:

- applicant’s academic knowledge and skills;

- skills and norms of academic and institutional behaviour; and

- personal qualities, knowledge, and skills

that are explicitly listed in the Guidelines.
