Description

EMBL's Life Sciences tailored High Performance Computing infrastructure is composed of tens of thousands of CPU cores, hundreds of GPUs and over hundred terabytes of memory, all interconnected with high throughput network and fed with fast parallel filesystem. It can be used as a traditional batch job environment through Slurm scheduler or as a container platform through Kubernetes for interactive and long living web-based services.
