Description

MMedLM, MMedLM 2, and MMed-Llama3

In this version, we release 3 multilingual medical LLMs, they are:

  1. MMedLM, based on InternLM
  2. MMedLM 2, based on InternLM 2
  3. MMed-Llama-3-8B, based on Llama3, which is our latest model underwent further pretraining on large-scale multilingual medical corpus. Besides that, for a fair comparison in commonly-used English medical benchmarks, we also provide a version that underwent finetuning on multiple-choice question answering tasks.
