This research examines the link between smartphone usage, academic stress, and lifestyle in young adults. The
data was gathered from surveys given to youngsters to assess their smartphone habits, academic stress levels,
and lifestyle. The findings show significant connections between smartphone usages, academic stress, and
lifestyle emphasizing the importance of implementing strategies to encourage healthier technology practices and
enhances sleep quality among youngsters
