Description
This is an easy-to-follow jupyter notebook that reveals a workflow for unrolling a 2D XCT slice of a battery jelly roll into radial and angular co-ordinates. From the resulting unrolled slice we show how to extract layer eccentricities and plot usefull figures.
This was achieved using the python image processing stack (imageio, numpy, skimage, scipy) via Anaconda.
The example dataset is available on request.
