Description

Multiple Independent Genetic Code Reassignments of the UAG Stop Codon in Phyllopharyngean Ciliates.

 

Genome assemblies and annotations of 10 Phyllopharyngean ciliates.

The three TARA Oceans Ciliate MAGs were downloaded from https://www.genoscope.cns.fr/tara/.

Assemblies for the other seven species were de novo assembled from reads downloaded from the BioProjects PRJNA413041 and PRJNA546036.
