EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF LEADERS

This article examines the factors and approaches necessary to improve the effectiveness of management activities of leaders. The results of the study show that communicative ability, decision-making skills, motivation, and innovative thinking are important for effective leadership. It was also found that creating an atmosphere of trust in the team, staff development and delegation are important factors in the leader's activities. According to the conclusions of the study, it is necessary for leaders to constantly improve their management methods and take into account modern trends.
