Sardinella rouxi (Poll, 1953)
MB06-004647; M – Praia Gamboa (07-10-1955), field number 62; 5 specimens with TL 118 to 132 mm. Purchased from local fishermen; caught with purse seine.
MB06-004306; F – Between Ilhéu das Cabras and Baía de Ana Chaves (02-12-1954), field number 44a; 1 specimen with TL 102 mm.
First record for São Tomé Island: Wirtz et al. (2007).
