Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was employed to study the properties and behavior of tofacitinib citrate. The aim was to develop a reliable method for the identification, separation, and analysis of this compound. The TLC technique involved using silica gel as the stationary phase and various solvent systems as the mobile phase.
