Risk-based stormwater fragility curves for urbanized coastal flooding (R Script)

This script provides a framework for risk-based analysis of stormwater systems to develop fragility curves for intensity measures as a compound effect of sea level rise (e.g., 0 ft, 6 ft, 10 ft) and extreme rainfall (e.g., recurrence intervals from 2 years to 100 years). The damage state is defined here as the duration of flooding. The script can be adapted to other Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) models or similar hydrologic-hydraulic models in urbanized-coastal catchments.
