Genome assemblies and annotations of wild grape V. davidii Föex (0940) and a cultivated grape V. vinifera L. Manicure Finger

We newly sequenced genome of a wild grape (V. davidii (0940) (namely Vd)and a somatic of Manicure Finger (namely MF), and constructed phase-resolved genomes using Hi-C and HiFi reads.
