Description
This entry includes method validation raw data for the publication "Specific Protein Quantification by Radioimmuno-Dot-Blot Assay for Complex Mixture Samples Utilizing Strep-Tag and Tritium-Labeled Strep-Tactin". The original publication was published in: ACS Analytical Chemistry, DOI: 10.1021/acs.analchem.4c03393
The raw data and analyzed data for validation calculations are presented in the provided .txt files. The structure of each file is described in detail in the README files assigned to different validation parameters. All data for validation of LOD, LOQ, accuracy, and precision are presented in a single file assigned to each parameter individually. Linearity data is separated into 7 different files, each containing data and analysis of one experiment. Template structure of linearity data can be found from file data_template_file.txt.
Please find more information in the uploaded README files.
