DEVELOPMENT OF ISLAMIC BANKING IN RUSSIA
Description
The growth in the welfare of citizens of countries with a predominantly Muslim population and the increase in free resources in the countries of the Middle East have formed trends towards the development of Islamic banking. Islamic banking is an integral part of the economy of many countries around the world and is actively developing, including in Russia. The active growth of transaction volumes in this sector of the economy increases every year, which confirms the relevance of the research. The article discusses the prospects for the development of Islamic banking in Russia and its features.
Abstract (Russian)
Рост благосостояния граждан стран с преимущественно мусульманским населением, увеличение свободных ресурсов стран Ближнего Востока сформировали тенденции к развитию исламского банкинга. Исламский банкинг является неотъемлемой частью экономики многих стран мира и активно развивается в том числе и в России. Активный рост объемов операций в этом секторе экономики увеличивается каждый год, что подтверждает актуальность исследований. В статье рассмотрены перспективы развития исламского банкинга в России, его особенности.
