This article explores a comprehensive study of online shopping a form of electronic commerce
which allows customers to directly buy goods and services from a seller over the Internet using
a web browser or a mobile app. In this technological world, most companies use online
shopping to satisfy customers and attract more customers as well. The objective of the study is
to identify the factors influencing customers' attitudes towards online shopping and to find the
various factors which motivate a consumer towards online shopping. Thus, the research
adopted the topic, of a study on customer satisfaction towards Myntra online shopping in
Palayamkottai. The data was collected through primary and secondary data and various tools
were analysed for the study.
