Year 1 Report on Requirements, Architecture and Performance Evaluation (D1.2-SP1)

This document includes a preliminary version of the operator's perspective for the TIMING technologies detailing the expected adoption of the TIMING solution and preliminary details of two use cases with a mapping between the use cases requirements and the functionalities of the TIMING architecture.

The deliverable also includes preliminary specifications of the components:

1. the Wi-Fi TSN nodes that evolve from the standard Wi-Fi and include functionalities to

   enable TSN,

2. the Ethernet TSN nodes that will include time-aware traffic shapers (802.1Qbv),

3. the TSN controller that will include specialized interfaces to the TSN nodes and the TSN

   connectivity manager,

4. the TSN Connectivity manager with interfaces to the OaaS repository and TSN and non-

   TSN controllers,

5. the scheduling algorithms for single and multiple APs,

6. the TSN models to be included in the OaaS repository.
